Rund 10’000 Quadratmeter umfasst das Gelände, welches die Stadt Biel der Stiftung im Baurecht übertragen hat.
Zum Ferienhaus Alpenblick gehören 5’000 Quadratmeter, sie sind als Ferienhaus-Zone gekennzeichnet. Ein umfassendes Gutachten von Bauexperten zeigt, dass eine Sanierung keine Option ist. Das heutige Gebäude wird abgerissen und das gesamte Gelände neu bebaut. Ein Gästehaus (Alpenblick 1) und ein Gruppenhaus ( Alpenblick 2) mit unterschiedlichen Zimmertypen und diversen Nebenräume sowie einer Mehrzweckhalle sorgen für neues Leben im «Alpenblick». Hinzu kommt eine Tiefgarage für Gäste und die Mietenden der vier Wohnhäuser.
The Project – The premises that the Foundation leases from the Municipality of Biel encompass roughly 10’000 square meters.
The Alpenblick holiday home covers 5,000 square metres and is marked as a holiday home zone. A comprehensive report by building experts shows that renovation is not an option. The current building will be demolished and the entire site redeveloped. A guest house (Alpenblick 1) and a group house (Alpenblick 2) with different room types and various ancillary rooms as well as a multi-purpose hall will bring new life to the ‘Alpenblick’. There is also an underground car park for guests and tenants in the four residential buildings.
Das restliche Land umfasst rund 5’000 Quadratmeter und gilt als Bauzone für einheimisches Wohnen. Die Stiftung baut vier Häuser mit Mietwohnungen, die ganzjährig bewohnt werden. Auf dem Gelände sind verschiedene Outdoor-Begegnungszonen geplant, die sowohl den Mietenden als auch den Feriengästen und Gruppen zur Verfügung stehen.
The remaining land encompasses roughly 5’000 square meters and is designated by the municipality of Gstaad as a residential area for locals. The Foundation plans for four apartment buildings which will be inhabited year-round. Furthermore, various outdoor facilities and areas that allow for encounters and gatherings are planned and will be accessible for both renters of the apartment buildings as well as for guests.
